State Testing Begins Next Week! (Full-time eDCSD Students)
State Mandated Testing is underway! A detailed schedule can be found HERE. Students should arrive at 8:45 for testing to begin promptly at 9 am. Please bring headphones, a water bottle, and a sack lunch with you on each day of testing. Please make sure you note these testing dates on your calendar and plan to bring your student to Castle Rock for testing. As a reminder, we do not have blended on Wednesday, April 11 due to state testing. If you have any questions about testing, please call the office at 303-387-9465.
Fundraising Event for Ellie, our therapy dog (All Students)
Love having Ellie, our therapy dog, at blended to greet you and love you when you need a hug? We are required to maintain insurance for her and in order to cover that cost, we are asking for your support. We are selling pizza by the slice on April 18 and May 9 and all proceeds from these events will go towards Ellie’s insurance. Remember to bring your cash on these days so we can support our favorite 4 legged staff member!
Change in Extension Policy (All Students)
Due to our change to Canvas, we will lose access to Plato immediately following final exams this quarter. Because of this, there will be no extensions offered for quarter 4. Please plan ahead so you complete your courses on time with the grade you want.
Graduation Participants (12th Grade Only)
It is almost time! You made it to graduation and we are so proud of you! We are planning the graduation ceremony and are looking for students interested in speaking, performing (sing or play instrument) or participating in the ceremony. If you are interested in helping to plan the ceremony, we would welcome the opportunity to work with you! Afterall, it is YOUR graduation! Contact Mrs. Hart (email@example.com) for details.
SENIOR DEADLINES for Work Submission (12th Grade Only)
If you are a graduating senior, please note the following date for work completion for all 4th quarter classes. All work is due by midnight on MAY 6 in order to allow teachers time to grade and submit final grades in time for graduation. Please plan ahead. Please contact Mrs. Bliek with questions. Almost there!!
